Outreach at Grace

At Grace Community Church, we believe every person plays a crucial role in identifying the needs of those around us. Through Just Right, our Outreach Team at Grace, we respond to these needs with love and hope, impacting our local community and beyond.

Our Approach is threefold:

MOBILIZING VOLUNTEERS: Together, we can deploy our time and talents to support those in need.

RAISING AWARENESS: By sharing what is needed, we can inspire others to join us in making a difference.

ALLOCATING RESOURCES: We provide financial support, whether through cash contributions or in-kind donations, to address pressing needs.

We aim to cultivate a spirit of service, discernment, and generosity among our congregation. By working together, we bring greater glory to God as we reach out to those in need, both locally and around the world. As a church we are committed to providing ongoing support to our long-term partners and also making one-time gifts to meet immediate needs.

As part of our commitment, Just Right allocates roughly 10% of our revenue from Grace Community Church. Roughly 60% is distributed to our long-term organizational partners and 40% to individual or one-time gifts.

Get Involved in Your Community

At our church, we believe in being proactive in meeting the needs around us. While we base our Just Right Outreach Ministry on requests, we don’t want to sit on resources when there are opportunities to make a difference. We encourage everyone to not only identify needs around them, but also to actively engage in their communities by volunteering and helping out. Do you serve on a board? Are you involved in your school outreach initiatives? Perhaps you volunteer for another organization that helps people out? Let’s come together to dig deeper into our communities and make an impact! Remember, One-Time applications can be requests to support organizations or individuals.

  • It’s simple. As you engage with your community, God will help you see the needs around you—whether it's a co-worker facing difficulties, a neighbour experiencing loss, or a friend whose child is undergoing chemotherapy. We can support these individuals as a church community. Just fill out an application form to let us know about the need.

  • Submit an application form through the application links found at the top of this page. Most requests fall into the “one off” category, and we also accept annual applications for organizational partners who receive monthly support. We’ll get back to you really quickly.
